có khi nào chết i/o ko nhỉ. chân kick nguồn tụt áp còn có 1,5v

porque con la que tengo cuando la mando a apagar no apaga sino que se reinicia. y si no es por bios me podría dar el alcance de que podría ser la falla? .Agradecería su atención
