Laptop PC starts without image to LCD or HDMI.

Did not work...
Previously, the PC turned on without an image and with the power button LED blinking.
Now the PC still has no image, but the power LED no longer blinks (always on).
Motherboard has all voltages; I don't know what it could be.
Maybe EC BIOS on KBC ITE BGA?!
There is not much information about this motherboard on the internet.
If you have any tips, I'd appreciate it.
