USB is not related to BIOS

Everything was OK Before.. when I Disable UEFI Mode from BIOS settings Then USB Not works.. Now I Enabe it But usb not Works.. it's Hardware Problem?

I'm sure it's not a bios problem. If you doubt the bios, you can program another BIOS. I don't have anything to help you further.
