hello there, i am beginner, this morning i receive a dell laptop model dell aal10 la-b843p and grapgics integrated gpu nvidia ha short...

i have found short in gpu capacitors and tested a lot of times, check component and result ist that gpu isnt working because shorted vga_core line, so next, laptop never turn on, batterie line is ok, vcc, and power button and kbc its ok, to fix this i need cancel gpu dedicated and set it uma, cpu is intel core i7, but i am looking for any guide for solution this laptop, someone, i just removed coils but it wouldn help at all

Finally on this ways I got my problem resolved dis to uma display.
Remove two coil one capacitor near to coil and four jumpers on back side.

Remove two coil one capacitor near to coil and four jumpers on back side.

Hey man, do you have some help which parts did you remove? I have same problem. GPU is k.o. an i want run laptop with uma graphics.
