Is it possible to clear Supervisor Password?
Motherboard P/N : FE4A0/FE5A0 , NM-C421

I purchased a new EC (IT8227E-256 BXA) and replaced it due to the supervisor password of this model.
After replacing the EC chipset, the supervisor password disappeared.
However, after printing the Lenovo logo screen, 6 errors occur on the first screen.
How should I solve this problem?
If anyone knows another way, please let me know.
---------------------------
Error details:
1. 0189: Invalid RFID Configuration info
2. 0188: Invalid RFID Serialization info
3. 2200: Machine Type and Serial Number are Invalid
4. 2201: Machine UUID is invalid
5. 2202: Product Name is invalid
6. 0177: Bad SVP data, stop POST task

I am sorry.
I fixed it.
You can download it now.
yes, can patch unlock
Now you need to return the original EC and make sure it no longer has the DMI error

then i will help to unlock, and remember i only help with unlocking and not related to any other error like missing DMI…..ect

Thank.
But how should the procedure proceed?
What do I need to do?
Can I just pay?
And what you are giving me is a file?
If I run that file as if updating the bios, will the error message disappear?

All normal files I sent only help unlock then it will use the original BIOS and all updates are normal

I still didn't understand what you said.
I want to know specifically what you should do.
1. How should I pay the service fee to you?
2. Can you email me the files?
3. Do I install the program with the files I received from you?
Or should I use this file to ROM writer and then weld it to the motherboard?

ThienBui,
I copied the file you sent into my BIOS.
I first removed all battery (bios battery) power as you described.
And installed the BIOS chipset.
And when I turned it on, there was no display on the screen and a warning sound (beep~~~~~) sounded.
I waited a long time for the screen to appear.
However, nothing is displayed on the screen.
Is it your file error?
Or did I do something wrong?
I await your answer.
