It starts when the rom is rewritten, but it is the display of "ME FW version Unknown" on the BIOS screen.
As long as cmos power is on, pressing F2 will not display the BIOS screen.
Is there a solution?

old BIOS error what ? send one photo i check
 
Chipset and I/O checked, no abnormality
It is the same symptom when rewriting to the download rom file using the motherboard that boots the BIOS without　abnormality
