but i see it a win7 machine, and someone have installed win8 bios in this machine.

Windows 8 and Windows 7 cannot be installed from the BIOS. Irrelevant BIOS

i have buy 6 of these machines. 2 original windows 8 and 4 original windows 7. exact same model. motherbord is little different. i will try it clear me of win7 bios.
