heloo i have a dell vostro 3578 en i start is start in test mode change display colors please check my bios

This problem cannot be checked from bios
You need to check if this is the original BIOS of this laptop and if the BIOS chip IC is still original or replace it with another IC?
it is original, the laptop worked, after a few restarts it arrived like this, it had no problems until now
