when placing the bios chip again after making the backup (computer turns on normal without key)

hello please build this bios file because the computer start appear on the display "rebooting system to make tpm2 settings in effect" I think I should switch off the Intel PTT but I cannot enter the bios setting. I have tried other bios file but it didn't work.
