Could you please look at the pics I posted and show me which chip on MB is EC chip? I could locate Bios chip but don't know where is EC chip. I recognize there are 2 chips have purple dot and white dot. Is it one of them EC chip? Really need your help

Yup after programming the bios file above it's still the same.

When I plug in power system fans run full speed and then shut off. I suspect Bios problem. Could you please take a look the pics below and show me which chips I need to program? Thanks
