Depends on how its rebuild. On proper rebuilding, DMI data is transferred, that preserves your Serial, win license and so. With random tools which pretty much generates a random fresh image - you loose it, but i would call it a rebuilt

IT8987 EC dump available?

i got the pinout, but dont have proper file to flash. Keyboard works in bios only, not in live enviroment / windows / whereever else, same with 4 new chips, suspecting that my original dump might be screwed up, looking for new .bin file (56kb)

Well, it stayed on black screen for 10 minutes, then booted windows and now worjs perfectly fine. There is no password, but thanks for clearing ME :)

original issue is No image. It doesnt request for any password or nothing, after flashing clear bios it says that variable doesnt match ONCE, and later on whener you turn on it shows lenovo and then stays on black screen

Turned on once, turning on second time - shows lenovo and then hangs on on black screen with backlight present

Repair / Clean ME please. No image. Tried few from here, including clean ME - turns on once, turning on second time - no image.
