Tengo el mismo problema, a mi me aparece como ALTJ 209, y se calienta horrores. Pero solo es el identificador del componente, por como estan las pistas definidas del circuito impreso no parece un mosfet simple. Tiene 12 pines, 4 en cada extremos y 4 centrales, me da la impresion que es un...
