Apple Is it possible to read out MacBook SMC?

I'm trying to repair a fan spin issue on a MacBook Pro 5.3.
The problem with the board is that after starting the 2nd+ time, the fan shortly spins up to full, then comes down to normal speed.

I checked all electrical signals and compared them to another logicboard - no difference on first sight.

So I wonder if it could be corrupt SMC data and wanted to ask if it is possible to read the whole SMC of a working board and flash it to the faulty one. Because Apple has not released any SMC update on their website, I don't know where I could get a SMC dump.

Thanks
Alex
